    With over a decade of experience in HR, leadership development, and coaching, including roles at world-renowned organisations like Cleveland Clinic and IKEA. I design and deliver programs that improve team performance, psychological safety, and leadership confidence. I’ve coached leaders across healthcare, retail, and corporate environments to overcome burnout, unlock their strengths, and build cohesive, high-trust teams.

    As a Learning and Development Specialist at Cleveland Clinic Canada, I designed and delivered leadership programs for mid-level managers focused on team dynamics, engagement, and performance. At IKEA, I led recruitment, HR operations, and wellbeing initiatives, supporting large frontline teams and developing high-performing leaders.

    I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Griffith University and bring a proven blend of organisational insight, people development, and deep care for leader wellbeing.

    I launched my first company at 21, driven, ambitious, and determined to succeed. Within a few years, I had built a team, scaled operations, and created what looked like a thriving business. But behind the scenes, I was exhausted, anxious, and burning out.

    Eventually, I hit a wall. Panic attacks, burnout, and the loss of my identity as a leader forced me to stop and rebuild, personally and professionally. That season changed everything.

    Over the next five years, I learned how to lead without running myself into the ground. I discovered what healthy leadership looks like and how culture, communication, and clarity are the real drivers of sustainable performance.

    Today, I help leaders and teams create environments where people and performance can thrive. I coach founders, managers, and leadership teams to build culture that works in real life, not just on paper.

    I’ve led teams of over 150, co-founded leadership development initiatives, and walked closely with high-capacity leaders through growth and change. My work is focused, practical, and grounded in lived experience.
